We offer 2 methods of shipping:
- Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping worldwide on orders over $49. If the order is less than $49, there will be a $6 shipping charge. The estimated delivery time for Standard shipping is between 10-18 days depending on where the order was placed. You will be given a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped that you can use to track your package.
- Express Shipping: For an additional $30 shipping fee, you can choose our Express shipping at checkout and have your order processed and shipped first to reduce delivery time. The estimated delivery time for Express shipping is between 5-9 days depending on where the order was placed.
Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding Holidays) before shipping. Of course, if we have some crazy marketing promotion or inventory temporarily running out, orders may take a bit longer to process, so be a little more patient my friend. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
We provide tracking for every order. You will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped (please allow 1-3 business days for your order to process before it is shipped).
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty. To cancel an order please use the contact us form or email us at [email protected] as soon as possible, preferably within 12 hours. Once you have received a tracking number your order will be unable to be canceled as it has been packed and shipped.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
International orders (outside of China) may be subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide information on whether you may or may not be charged customs and duty fees, this rate is determined by the country of import, please contact your local customs for further information.
All customs and duty fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We do not responsible for the fees associated with imports. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient.
We do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, however, once your order has transferred to the shipping carrier, there are circumstances that are out of our control (customs, pandemics, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, Woodence does not guarantee the exact delivery time, the delivery time is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
